Professional Designations
Members who earn designations from the National Association of Home Builders and the North Dakota Association of Builders care about their professionalism and demonstrate a commitment to continuing education.
To earn these designations, members must take NAHB-approved courses from a set curriculum and meet NAHB's requirements.
North Dakota Professional Builders Designation:
NDAB makes its best efforts to determine a builder's qualifications for certification as an NDPB. While the program recognizes the professionalism of a builder, NDAB does not make warranty or representations, express or implied, to home buyers or others. It has not inspected construction of any home and does not and cannot address the quality of a home.
