Home Builders Care Foundation's board of trustees has a process for considering requests for assistance. The request form is listed below.  Only fully completed requests will be considered.  Home Builders Care staff members will receive the request and may ask follow up questions to confirm the application is considered complete

Completed requests are then considered at each board meeting. Check the calendar for upcoming dates.
