May 13, 2021 - Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead’s Remodelers Council members built a handicap-accessible ramp for Fargo resident Barbara Sather May 13. They volunteered their time to assist in building the permanent ramp, helping Sather to access her home as she deals with the effects of an extended cancer battle. Project materials were funded by Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation.

He also emphasized appreciation for Freedom Resource Center, whose mission is to provide services that increase independence for people with disabilities, for providing a temporary ramp.

The Remodelers Council plans the Remodeled Home Tour and is affiliated with the HBA of F-M. The group lends their efforts to these types of small-scale charitable projects, and a common endeavor is handicap accessible-ramps dependent on funding and emergency needs.
The HBA of F-M nurtures a thriving, innovative and diverse housing industry in our community. It is a non-profit trade association of over 750 members that has been in existence since 1956.
